Description
RingCentral is an intuitive platform for voice, video meetings, team messaging, and collaboration.
The integration app allows you to take and place calls from Bitrix24 using RingCentral app.
The call time, duration, and recordings get mapped to your CRM client records after a call is finished.
Prior to configuring the integration app make sure that your RingCentralplan includes access to APIs.

The app works with Bitrix24 commercial plans only.
Free plan users can test it during the trial period and then upgrade to a commercial subscription.

accès complet : afficher, créer, modifier et supprimer des prospects, contacts, entreprises, offres, factures, devis, activités, champs d'utilisateurs, etc.
Téléphonie
accès restreint : afficher, créer, modifier et supprimer les lignes d'appel sortantes ; rechercher les clients du CRM par numéro de téléphone ; afficher, créer, modifier et supprimer les lignes SIP ; gérer le volet d'information sur les appels et consulter les statistiques sur les appels
Chat et Notifications
accès complet : afficher, créer, modifier et supprimer les conversations et messages ; connecter les utilisateurs aux chats ; modifier les chats ; lire tous les messages de chat
Utilisateurs (minimum)
lire la liste des utilisateurs et les noms sans les coordonnées
Structure de l'entreprise
accès complet : visualiser, créer, modifier et supprimer des services

Calls are not correctly transmitted to Bitrix, statistics do not correspond to reality, some of the records do not fall into the CRM. There is no technical support at all. Bitrix has been trying to fix the problem for six months, the result is zero
