How it works

Install the app from Bitrix24 Market, enter your Pipedrive API token, and set import preferences; the only configurable option is the Bitrix24 department for imported users. It is best to run migration with Bitrix24 administrator permissions; if you cannot find the API section in Pipedrive, enable the API module. Import runs in the background and may take significant time; progress is shown in the app, and notifications (plus email) are sent after each entity is imported. The process cannot be paused or stopped unless the app is deleted. There is no duplicate control, and the app is intended for a new Bitrix24 instance; if you need to re‑import, delete previously imported data first. Some Pipedrive activities without customer contact data are not imported, and deals without a currency are assigned the Bitrix24 base  currency.

No. The process cannot be paused or stopped unless the app is deleted.
