How it works

Install the app from Bitrix24.Market, authorize your Alegra account, and enter country, account email, and API token, then se t customer address type, company detail templates, and a default responsible user.

Start the first synchronization; the app shows progress and then reports how many contacts were imported as companies and contacts. Create invoices in Alegra from company or deal menus, then import them into Bitrix24; invoice statuses can trigger deal status updates for Draft, Open, Closed, and Void. Data import runs periodically and can also be launched manually; data updates can be triggered manually from company details.

The app works with Bitrix24 commercial plans only. Free plan users can test it during the trial period and then upgrade to a commercial subscription.

FAQ

We need to create invoices in Alegra from CRM. Can we do that?

Yes. Use the “Create invoice in Alegra” option from a company or deal.

We want deal status to change when an invoice status changes. Is that supported?

Yes. Triggers for Draft, Open, Closed, and Void can update deal status based on Alegra invoice status.

We need to run sync manually. Is that possible?

Yes. Imports run periodically and can also be launched manually; data updates can be triggered from company details.
