13 supported event types across 4 categories:

• Leads — New lead received, lead status upd ated, lead expired
  
• Listings — Listing published, listing unpublished, listing updated
  
• Users / Agents — Agent created, updated, activated, deactivated, and count verified
  
• Verifications — Verification approved, verification rejected
  

Each notification is enriched with live data fetched fr om the Property Finder API (listing title, lead contact, agent name) and delivered via the CRM internal messenger. Routing rules let you send each event type to the responsible agent, a fixed user list, or any custom combination.

The entire pipeline is production-hardened: HMAC-SHA256 signature verification, event deduplication, persistent queue with automatic retries and exponential backoff, and a full audit trail of every event processed.

Billing is handled securely via Stripe using the Stripe Payment Element — card details are entered and tokenized directly inside the app with no external redirects and no data leaving the PCI-compliant Stripe environment. Invoices and subscription management are accessible at any time under Settings → Billing.
