This application provides a simple and reliable integration between the FreePBX and any Bitrix24 Cloud or On-Premise Bitrix24 editions.

Key Features
  • Automatic Lead Generation: Automatically creates leads for new customers (numbers not yet in the CRM), excluding internal employee extensions.
  • Missed Call Tracking: Logs all missed calls, including those that reached an extension and those where the caller hung up during the IVR.
  • Call Pop-up Cards: Automatically displays Lead/Contact/Company cards for both incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Click-to-Call: Initiate outgoing calls directly by clicking a phone number within the CRM.
  • Automatic Activity Logging: Automatically creates a CRM "Activity" once a conversation ends.
  • Call Recordings: Attaches the audio recording of the conversation to the corresponding CRM Activity.
  • Filtered Internal Calls: Internal calls between short extensions are not recorded in the CRM.
  • Call Type & Status Logging: Tracks call direction (incoming, outgoing, redirected) and status (successful, missed, busy).
  • Manual Dialing Support: Call cards will still pop up even if the number is dialed manually on an IP phone rather than through the CRM.
  • Group Call Handling: For group rings, call cards appear for all users in the group; once one user answers, the card automatically closes for everyone else.
  • Transfer Handling: If a call is transferred, the card disappears for the original recipient and pops up for the user receiving the transfer.
  • Advanced Analytics: Generate reports on phone line load, operator performance, and missed call statistics.
