How it works

Install the app and open the deals list; three smart scripts appear via the Extensions/Smart Cases button. Configure each script after installation and set up an SMS provider in the Contact Center to enable  the SMS script. You can edit the message text, select customers, and run the chosen script across the selected deals.

Yes. The SMS script lets you send a pre‑edited message to selected customers.

Can we add observers to many deals at once?

Yes. The observer script applies observers to the selected deals.

Why is the SMS script not working?
