CleanScan audits your Bitrix24 CRM and shows you exactly where data problems are slowing down your sales.

Messy CRM data quietly breaks your sales process: duplicate leads get worked twice, deals stall unnoticed, and records sit owned by employees who already left. CleanScan runs a full scan of your CRM, surfaces every problem, and gives you a single health score so you know what to fix first.

What CleanScan checks

Install CleanScan and open it from your Bitrix24 left menu
Click Scan — CleanScan reads your CRM data through the Bitrix24 REST API
Review your health score and a categorized breakdown of every finding
Use the results to prioritize cleanup and keep your CRM accurate

What you need

A Bitrix24 account with CRM enabled
CRM administrator rights to install and run a full scan
No additional software, external services, or paid subscriptions are required to use CleanScan

Good to know

CleanScan identifies data quality issues; it does not modify, delete, or auto-fix your CRM records
The scan is read-only — your CRM data is never changed
Scans can be re-run at any time so you can track your data quality improving over time
CleanScan reads your CRM data solely to generate your data quality report; it does not sell or share your data

Installing CleanScan

In your Bitrix24 portal, open Market (left menu) and search for CleanScan, or open the CleanScan listing directly. Click Install.
Review the requested access permissions and confirm. CleanScan requests read access to CRM and user data only — it needs these to read your records and identify which are owned by deactivated employees. Installation must be performed by a user with CRM administrator rights.
Accept the End User License Agreement and wait for installation to complete. CleanScan will appear in your Bitrix24 left-hand menu.

Running your first scan

Open CleanScan from the left menu.
On the main screen, click Run scan. CleanScan reads your CRM records — leads, deals, contacts, and companies — through the Bitrix24 REST API. The scan runs automatically in the background; a progress indicator shows how many records have been processed.
A typical scan completes in a few minutes. Larger portals with tens of thousands of records may take longer; you can leave the screen and return — the scan continues on its own.

Reading your results

When the scan finishes, CleanScan displays your CRM health score and a categorized list of findings: duplicate records, missing required fields, stalled deals, records owned by inactive users, orphaned records, malformed contacts, junk and dead leads, lopsided ownership, and custom field usage.
Click any finding to see the count and the affected records, so you can understand exactly what needs attention and prioritize cleanup.

Settings (optional)

CleanScan works out of the box with sensible defaults — no configuration is required to run your first scan.
To adjust detection thresholds (for example, how many days of inactivity marks a deal as "stalled"), open the Settings tab inside the app and update the values. Changes apply to your next scan.

Re-running scans

You can run a new scan at any time from the main screen. Re-scanning after cleanup lets you track how your CRM health score improves over time.
