Excel Migrator

Do you have a customer database in Excel? An export from another CRM? Or campaign results in CSV? The app uploads your file and creates records in Bitrix24 — with no manual data entry.

What it imports:
Leads, contacts, companies, deals, tasks, smart processes, users, and departments.

It supports linked entities: company + contact, deal + contact, and other combinations. Supported file formats: xlsx, xls, csv.

How it works

A step-by-step wizard with seven steps. First, the app reads your file and suggests how to map columns to Bitrix24 fields — both standard and custom. Next, you can set up deduplication: skip duplicates, update existing records, or decide row by row.

Before launch, run a test import: the app validates all data, detects potential duplicates, and shows you what will happen — without creating any records in your CRM. After the import, you get a row-by-row report: what was created, what was updated, what failed, and why. The report can be downloaded as a CSV.

Mapping templates are saved, so re-importing the same format takes just a few clicks.
